Welcome to Royal Lacrosse LLC Online Registration Program
Please read the following before continuing with the registration process.
Please do not register unless you are prepared to pay in full or have established a payment plan with the Program Director.
Note: A valid US Lacrosse membership is required to register for all Royal Lacrosse programs for insurance purposes.
There is a lot of information in the RLC website and players who register, as well as parents, are assumed to have read and understood all of the information provided. This information includes, but is not limited to, 1. The RLC Code of Conduct, which applies to players, parents and other family members attending any of the events. 2. The RLC Liability Waiver. 3. The RLC travel team selection process. 4. The RLC Injury/Refund policy.
By completing this on-line registration players and their parents agree to all Royal Lacrosse Club policies, rules & regulations.
Lacrosse is an intense and physically demanding game. Any player who registers for any Royal Lacrosse team or program is expected and assumed to be healthy, physically fit and medically cleared by the player's own doctor to participate in all lacrosse related activities. If there is any doubt you should consult with your doctor before you register.
Due to the nature and expenses of our preplanned programs (i.e. teams, clincis, tournaments, camps) there absolutely will NOT be any refunds or credits issued due to voluntary withdrawal at any point.
Only medical conditions which prevent a player from complete participation in the current registered program may warrant a refund. A doctor's note must be submitted to the program director for case review.
All information (including doctor's notes) must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the registered program's first scheduled day for a full refund (less any deposits fee, processing fees and uniform expenses). Information submitted 15 days prior to the registered program's first scheduled day, 50% of the program fee will be refunded (less any deposit fee, processing fees and uniform expenses).
Any requests submitted after the 15 days prior to the program's first scheduled day will not be reviewed.
